Registered Nurse – Rehab/Palliative Care

Are you a Registered Nurse with previous experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation or Palliative Care? At St Vincent’s Hospital, Lismore our Inpatient Rehabilitation ward is focused on restoring mobility, strength and independence, helping patients transition safely from hospital to home. Our stand alone Palliative Care unit specialises in providing comfort-focused, holistic care.We are currently seeking applications from highly motivated Registered Nurses for the provision of high quality clinical care.   • Registered nurse with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience
  • Ability to work all shifts on a rotating 24 hour roster
  • Demonstrated aptitude in effective communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders to address care requirements.
  • Prior experience in a specialised inpatient rehabilitation unit or palliative care unit is preferred
